Our client''s specializes in the construction of shopping centers, commercial and industrial buildings.
Job Description
In this position you will be required to report to: Chief Executive Officer/ Contracts Director, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Contract Planning
- Cost Control Management
- Plant, Equipment, Materials Management
- Safety, Environment and Quality
- People Management
- Legal & Corporate Governance
You will be managing projects ranging from R60m -R150m from commencement to completion and
handover to client. You will be supervising Site Managers, Foreman, Engineers, and SHE. You will be liaising with: Commercial Manager, Contracts Director, SHE Manager, Finance Managers, HR, Operations Manager and other stakeholders
Note: You will be expected to travel to sites across South Africa.
Qualifications
- BSc/BTech/Diploma Construction Management/ Building
Skills
- +10 years of experience
- Construction Contractual courses (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC)
- MS Office, CCS
- Technical knowledge e.g concrete structures, wet and finishing trades
- Concrete Techniques
- Leadership skills
