Our client is a specialist firm of consulting engineers and scientists specializing in designing, developing and implementing innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions that are environmentally supportive.

Job Description

 

In this position you will be working in the Environmental Engineering (EE) Department’s Pumps and Pipeline unit.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Conceptual design
• Preliminary design
• Detail design,
• Read and do Construction drawings
• Tender documents (i.e. BOQ’s and works information)

You should have an inclination for detail analyses, innovative and able to work in a team.

 

Qualifications

 

• B Eng/BSc Eng
• Above average academic results

 

Skills

• 2-5 yrs exp in pumpstation and pipeline designs
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit and Inventor will be an advantage
• Experience with surge calculations and mitigation measures will be an advantage
