Our client is one of the largest residential property developer in South Africa

Job Description

In this position your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Manage the overall measuring and pricing of all the construction budgets, with the assistance of other Estimators whilst mentoring them.
Qualifications
  • BTech / BSc in Quantity Surveying
Skills
  • 8+ years QS within the building & construction industry.
  • CCS (Construction Costing Software) & QTO or Cost X
