Our client is a medium sized construction company that specializes in the construction of offices, industrial buildings, retail, educational buildings, luxury housing and renovations.
Job Description
In this position you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager. Your duties include:
- Ability to understand drawings
- Management of sub-contractors and teams
- Quality control
- Reporting
Your subordinates will include: Various site staff and sub-contractors
Scope of project: Various projects across all sectors – R30 to R100m per project
Qualifications
ND in Building / BSc Construction Management
Skills
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Specific software package required: CCS, MS Office
