Lab Analyst (Tester)

SUMMARY:
Lab Analyst (Cement Mine) : Thabazimbi Area R 12 000 per month ( Must be available immediately)

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Grade 12 certificate
• 1 Year relevant physical (testing) experience in Cement Lab
• Computer Literate: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Good reporting skills
• Committed
• Ethical & honest
• Knowledge of Mine health & safety act
• Knowledge of Cement manufacturing process
• Conduct routine sample preparations, testing and analysis
• Record all findings and inform supervisor of any irregularities
• Attach labels and information on products
• Responsible to participate in meetings
• Ensure the correct use of PPE and safety equipment
• Responsible to comply with good housekeeping principles
• Support team within area of responsibility
• Raise concerns and complains with supervisor when required
