JOB SUMMARY:
A fast-growing multinational company is looking for a Land Management Specialist to join their team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have contract or legal background experience within the Property industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:

Relevant Diploma/Degree or extensive experience

Skills/Experience required:

5 – 8 years’ experience in property management, Property leasing negotiation or Property Acquisition
Strong negotiation skills
Environmental, Town Planning and Legal experience – Advantageous
Must have experience within the Telecommunication industry
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent Communicator
Project management skills

Job Description:

Manage renewal of leases
Manage negotiating process
Manage customers
Managing DC and solar rollout
Colocation and Fibre – ensure time to market
