Our client a restoration-based landscaping company, is offering the position of a
Landscaper & Project Manager to an ambitious and energetic candidate. This candidate will be working on
various exciting and challenging projects in and around the Western Cape.
A formal qualification in Horticulture / Landscape Technology would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage new and existing Environmental & Landscaping projects.
• Experience with machine coordination and earthworks, levelling, and basic surveying.
• Quality control and timeline management.
• Project based daily supervisory management.
• Landscape design & specification interpretation.
• Irrigation design & specification interpretation.
• Resource management, planning, cost control and administration.
• Procurement and setting up basic costing platforms.
• Team coordination, contractual, wage and timecard control.
• Maintenance site quality control and auditing, Horticultural principles applied daily.
• Client and professional team liaisons, reporting back to senior management.

Key Skills:

• Willingness to travel and be positioned around the Western Cape to various projects and operational bases,
