Laying/Production Manager Poultry Industry

SUMMARY:
Experienced Laying/Production Manager, within the Poultry Industry, North West Province based

POSITION INFO:

Our National client, requires a senior team member, who has a deep, practical knowlege and understanding of broiler breeders. Together with a strong leadership skillset 

Essential Skills and qualifications required:

A minimum of 5 years experience within the broiler breeder environment within a senior management role is essential.

A degree in Agriculture

Plus:

A good understanding of modern farming methods

A commitment to animal welfare and an interest/understanding of the ways in which farming impacts the environment.

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Patience to undertake various practical and repetitive jobs

Experience leading projects with minimal assistance, within framework and to budget.

Excellent computer skills in all MS Office products as the role involves the capability to analyse operational reports, monitoring compliance, with policies and procedures.

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Profiency in English is essential for this role

Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport
