Opportunity to demonstrate your experience driving sales through Digital and Loyalty programmes. Must have strong knowledge of Loyalty metrics together with data & analytics (SAS, SQL, Python, R Studio) experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Take full responsibility for customer experience /journeys and partnering with Management, Team Members, External Organisations and Partners.

An understanding of Customer value management within retail banking commercial will be an added advantage.

Undergrad Qualification in Finance, Stats/ Maths , Economics or Marketing with 5+ years senior level management
