SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a client with there search for a Senior Civil Engineer. Based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver civil engineering projects within the mining and industrial sectors
Manage and mentor civil engineering teams to ensure high-quality technical output
Design, review, and oversee civil works including roads, earthworks, potable water, sewer reticulation, and pump stations
Act as a senior technical authority and provide sound engineering judgement
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support and drive business development, including bringing in new work
Contribute to proposals, tenders, and project growth initiatives
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering & ECSA Registered
7–10 years’ civil engineering experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience post–Pr registration
Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering teams
Strong technical background in :Roads, Earthworks, Potable water reticulation, Sewer reticulation and Pump stations
Excellent verbal communication skills; professional and well spoken
Proven ability to contribute to and secure new work
