POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead system architecture, technical design decisions, and development best practices. Drive the design and development of scalable web and mobile solutions. Lead Flutter mobile application development across iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions. Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements. Oversee mobile application deployment, publishing, and maintenance on app stores. Drive adoption of emerging technologies and contribute to technical strategy. Job Experience and Skills Required Education: BCom, BSc Degree, or equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 10 years of software development experience. Minimum 3 years of Flutter mobile application development experience. Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership position. Proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions. Technical Skills: Strong Flutter mobile application development expertise. Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Strong C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server experience. Angular development experience. Experience with CI\/CD pipelines for mobile applications. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Strong Microsoft Azure cloud technologies experience, including Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, and APIs. Experience with mobile testing frameworks. Apply now!
