Join a forwardâthinking technology environment where you will take ownership of Android application development and lead a team of developers in delivering worldâclass mobile solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical direction, ensuring best practices, and building highâquality applications designed for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Working closely with crossâfunctional teams, including designers and backend developers, you will contribute to the full mobile development lifecycle while mentoring and guiding junior developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership capacity and enjoys building innovative, userâcentric products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks such as Compose
Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
Integrate applications with external data sources, APIs, and services
Ensure applications are stable, scalable, and high-performing
Drive continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and best practices
Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver a highâquality user experience

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience:

Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Android Developer
Experience leading or mentoring development teams
Strong experience delivering productionâready mobile applications

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android development
Experience with Jetpack Compose
Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and user experience
Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON
Version control experience (Git)

Additional Requirements:

Strong problemâsolving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
