Working closely with crossâfunctional teams, including designers and backend developers, you will contribute to the full mobile development lifecycle while mentoring and guiding junior developers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks such as Compose
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
- Integrate applications with external data sources, APIs, and services
- Ensure applications are stable, scalable, and high-performing
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and best practices
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver a highâquality user experience
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Android Developer
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong experience delivering productionâready mobile applications
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android development
- Experience with Jetpack Compose
- Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and user experience
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Version control experience (Git)
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong problemâsolving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
