Our Client is a leading player in the financial services space, operating at scale with a strong focus on digital transformation, client experience, and continuous innovation. Their platforms support high-value transactional systems and customer journeys, where performance, security, and scalability are non-negotiable. They are currently looking for a team lead that will join a senior engineering environment working on business-critical digital platforms, balancing hands-on development with architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This is not a passive leadership role. You'll be deeply involved in designing systems, guiding engineers, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that directly impact customers. Responsibilities: Ownership of end-to-end technical direction across web, mobile, and backend systems Lead digital transformation initiatives, system architecture and technical design decisions across multiple platforms Oversee mobile application development using Flutter, ensuring performance and scalability Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 10+ years' experience in software development with strong expertise in C# .NET and backend development Proven experience in a technical leadership \/ lead developer role Minimum 3+ years working with mobile development (Flutter) Experience with SQL Server and database design Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and DevOps practices Ability to balance hands-on development with strategic technical leadership Apply now!
