SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a (Lead) Document Controller.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Degree or diploma in Administration, Document Control, or related field.
• Proven experience in document control or project administration.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with document management software and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring proper filing and organization.
• Implement document control systems and processes.
• Review and approve incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure compliance with document management standards and regulations.
• Provide document control support to project teams and stakeholders.
