SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a (Lead) Document Controller.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: (Lead) Document Controller
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree or diploma in Administration, Document Control, or related field.
Proven experience in document control or project administration.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with document management software and systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Duties and responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring proper filing and organization.
Implement document control systems and processes.
Review and approve incoming and outgoing project documents.
Ensure compliance with document management standards and regulations.
Provide document control support to project teams and stakeholders.
