SUMMARY:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Lead Document Controller for our Mining & Minerals office in Bryanston

POSITION INFO:

Main Purpose of the Role:

Project team management, including timecard approving
Creating a Project Document Management Plan
Implementing a Project Document Management Plan
Project site and documentation audits
Weekly project reporting
Client interfacing
Attending Project progress - vendor kick-off- and client interface meetings.
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
A minimum of 10-years’ experience on projects
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SharePoint
Knowledge of Convero
Knowledge of Adobe
Experience of working and managing at least 2 different Electronic Document Management Systems
Communication skills – both written and verbal
Exposure to international projects
Working knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK)
EPC/EPCM experience in either a consulting or construction contractor environment
Knowledge of Convero
