Introduction
Our client in the Petrochemical Industry is seeking to employ a Lead Inspector to join their team.
Please note that this is a fixed term contract.
Location: Jafurah, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities

Senior Equipment Inspector with full current certification in API 510 pressure vessel inspection, API 570 process piping, API 653 tank repair, alteration and reconstruction inspection standards and fully familiar with ASME welding and pressure vessel codes may be considered.
Requires a thorough knowledge of all relevant Saudi Aramco inspection/mechanical codes and standards, construction and maintenance procedures, up-to-date materials testing procedures, techniques and analysis (both destructive and non-destructive), engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods and design detail
General knowledge in refinery specific corrosion principles and failure mechanisms ASME and API code calculation principles and methodology, national board inspection code, and risk-based inspection.

Experience & Qualification

BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
Minimum of 10 years experience.
ECSA registration.
Relevant experience in Oil and Gas.
Project Management in Engineering.
Experience in EPC phases (Engineering, Material Procurement, Construction Management) emphasis on Construction Management.
Technically qualified to support the projects in Jafurah.
Advanced technical and soft skills, excellent written and verbal communication, must be fluent in English and well presented.
