Job Experience & Skills Required:

• B. Tech / B. Sc / B. Eng degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• 8–10 years of technical experience in a Lead Engineer capacity
• Registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA
• Specialist knowledge in one or more engineering fields, with strong cross-disciplinary understanding
• Experience with international design codes (DNV, Lloyds, ABS) in marine or heavy engineering environments
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver OSBIT (on specification, within budget and in time) outcomes
• CAD and 3D Modelling proficiency
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
