POSITION INFO:

Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking for A Lead Product Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.

The Tech Team is looking for a senior Front Arena developer expert to assist with coding fixes and solution enhancements for the IBD Loans book.

The candidate needs to have a senior level technical skills and knowledge of Front Arena and python.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver coding fixes on Front Arena covering production issues, BAU enhancements, and significant BAU delivery. This includes delivery on changes to various objects such as Trade, Instruments, Cashflows, TextObject, Settlements, Confirmations, Business Process etc.
• Creation and update of PowerBI views
• Solution advice and direction for data strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate regularly keeping them informed of work statuses.
• Documentation of processes / guides, providing training and handover to business / support teams
• Adherence and compliance to the banks policies & standards regarding technology and info security measures.
• Assist with engagement with the vendor

Experience

• Banking Experience
• 5+ years working on Front Arena
  CIB experience
• 5 years of experience required per skill
• Front Arena technical skills and experience 5+ years
• Python 5+ years
• Power BI
• Banking experience
