Lead Mobile Developer - iOS
The Role:
You''ll be joining a team of experimental developers in an environment where a mistake is just a learning curve! You''ll become responsible for developing high quality iOS apps at an enterprise level so you should be confident with the full software development cycle. You will use CI/CD principles to maintain code quality and unit tests amongst other things.
The company is going through a few different digital transformation programmes and mobile is key part of that. You will be working on some seriously interesting stuff and have a big input from day one.
As you''ll be leading the team, managerial experience is pretty paramount for this role.

You:
Obviously you''ll be a Mobile Developer experienced using XCode, Swift, Cocoapods and AWS, ideally used to working in an environment following DevOps principles.
It goes without saying you''ll know the app release process inside and out and have a portfolio of apps you have been instrumental in helping to build.
You should be proactive, forward thinking, and able to lead the way through a fast paced and ever-changing environment! You will be hands on mentoring and coaching other members of the team so any previous experience would be great.
Aside from that, the team have created a really friendly and supportive dynamic where everyone has their voice heard, and they''re looking for someone who will fit right into that!
Salary & Interview Process:
We have a rough range of £70,000 for this role depending on experience, with a range of benefits on top of that.
The role is entirely remote, for now, but going forward they would like a mix of in office, at home working however, it''s pretty flexible and they are treating people like grown-ups, which is always nice.
