Client and advisor experience design lead Specialist UX Designer UI Designer CX Designer

POSITION INFO:

Wonderful opportunity for a long term contract to start soonest .

Our client in the Insurance industry seeks your sound 5 plus years of experience as a designer or within the UX/CX design to lead a team and has managed projects

Followed by :

Experience in a Agile environment .
Experience in an agile work environment that emphasise crossfunctional teams.
A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability.
Experience solving complex communication problems and designingworld-class experiences for mid to large-scale clients.
Excellent communication skills (story-telling, visualization) and the ability to get buy-in on those ideas within a large organization.
Proven ability to support design teams and lead a project from conceptto completion.
Experience in using data (both quantitative and qualitative) analysis techniques to inform design.
Applied knowledge of the financial services/insurance industry and relevant legislation and regulations
Advanced knowledge in user-centered design principles, visual design,user behaviour, and interactions.
Advanced knowledge in all areas of user experience design (informationarchitecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience).

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in design or related field
Some formal design thinking training/accreditation will be highly advantageous
