Our client in the Insurance industry seeks your sound 5 plus years of experience as a designer or within the UX/CX design to lead a team and has managed projects

Followed by :

• Experience in a Agile environment .
• Experience in an agile work environment that emphasise crossfunctional teams.
• A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience solving complex communication problems and designingworld-class experiences for mid to large-scale clients.
• Excellent communication skills (story-telling, visualization) and the ability to get buy-in on those ideas within a large organization.
• Proven ability to support design teams and lead a project from conceptto completion.
• Experience in using data (both quantitative and qualitative) analysis techniques to inform design.
• Applied knowledge of the financial services/insurance industry and relevant legislation and regulations
• Advanced knowledge in user-centered design principles, visual design,user behaviour, and interactions.
• Advanced knowledge in all areas of user experience design (informationarchitecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience).

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in design or related field
• Some formal design thinking training/accreditation will be highly advantageous
