The Role:

Altron People Solutions focuses on empowering South Africaâ??s unemployed youth with Learnership and Internship opportunities.

A Learnership is a structured learning program for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework.

The duration of a Learnership/Internship is twelve months.

Successful candidate will be responsible for:

HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department.
Maintaining employee records
Managing HR documents and updating internal systems and databases

Skills and Experience:

Applicants who meet the following minimum criteria will qualify to apply:

Be a South African citizen by birth (All races can apply)
Be between the ages of 18-29
Candidate must be in possession of a valid National Senior CertificateÂ
Candidate must have a clear criminal record and credit recordÂ
Be presentable and have good English communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate must not be employed or studying full timeÂ
A team player capable of working within a collaborative and fast paced environment
Action oriented; demonstrating strong planning, organizing, prioritization and problem solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work extended hours as and when required
Ability to work under pressure within a tight timeframe
Proficient in Microsoft Office
