SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading, multi-national, FMCG company that is growing exponentially in Africa and South Africa, is seeking to appoint a LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years' experience in a L&D role within a high performance environment.

POSITION INFO:
The key function of the L&D Business Partner is to partner with HR and the business units under your remit to identify capability gaps and develop plans to close these gaps.
This work includes:

Being accountable for the L&D programmes;
Setting annual and medium term plans and tracking the progress of those plans;
Managing the budget;
Managing new hires'' experience;
Managing job transitioning between units.

The characteristics and skills of the ideal candidate includes someone who has excelled in a high performance environment within a short period of time, someone who enjoys high engagement roles and dealing with various stakeholders, someone who thrives in a complex environment, able to manage change.

Essential Qualifications:

HR degree
Education, Training & Development Practices qualification or similar
