SUMMARY:
L&D is the cornerstone of any business, we are looking for a TOP L&D individual to join a growing business within the BPO space.

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Strategic individual with extensive skills in implementation and facilitation abilites.

8-10 years’ experience as a L&D Manager or leading a L&D function
A proven track record of training and or facilitation experience
To design and develop a L&D strategy that builds and sustains organisational capability now and for the future
Enforce best practices in L&D activities to ensure maintenance of top training programmes that enable high performance culture
ETDP / Training Related Qualification / 4 year degree minimum, honours is ideal
MUST have Corporate experience.
