JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry has an opportunity available for a Learning and Development Officer to be based in the Thabazimbi, Limpopo area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate
NQF Level 5 ETD /HR /HRD / Training
Blasting certificate of Competency or equivalent MQA Rock Breaker certificate NQF level 3
Assessor Certificate
Moderator Certificate
2 years’ experience in a training environment and 2 years technical experience in mining or related fields
Computer literate for role (MS Package)

KPAs:

Supervise and manage the training Instructors and Assessors under the Mining and Mining Services disciplines
Manage the Ex-leave training, new skills training, refresher and ad hoc training
Ensure compliance to accreditation requirements for the discipline
Contribute to the development and revision of the learning materials
Ensure proper record keeping
