SUMMARY:
Support; facilitate and implement sector led L&D initiatives

POSITION INFO:

KEY FUNCTIONS

Manages sector driven and professional skills training life cycle, including new training coordination, implementation, training delivery, facilitation for assigned interventionsand evaluation of training programs andtools
Able to contract and influence Sector Center of Excellence to ensure that Sector generated initiatives meetlocal needs
Work with L&D Manager and Specialists to provide sector input on programmes andensure testing & customization to local context andneeds.
Defines and measures the impact of learning and training investments on businessoutcomes, including creating business cases and measuring return oninvestment
Manages conversations with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality execution ofprocess and programs
Collaborate with other facilitators to leverage existing programs, tools and create bestpractices
Utilize LMS, online and mobile learning strategies developed by CoE
Supports SDF with timeous submission of a workplace skills plan and reporting
Oversee training budget for particular area ofresponsibility
Provides updates on all of the above to L&D Manager to ensure alignment with overall SSA L&D agenda
Sourcing suitable solutions for local needs based on benchmarks and networks withother Businesses

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE FOR 6 MONTH CONTRACT
3 year HR Degree
3-5 years’ experience within a L&D team in FMCG
Able to design and develop learning programs and training offer
Analytic and diagnostic thinking to identify key learning needs and demands
Communication and presentation skills to influence with impact in a positive way
Collaborate extensively across multiple geographies and functions
Understand Business needs and prioritize key capability needs
Evaluation skills to design improvement strategies
