POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

BA Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resources
Registered Psychometrist is beneficial
3-5 years experience in learning and development
Experience with managing bursary and internship programmes is required
Must be computer literate
Experience internationally would be beneficial
Knowledge of the full HR lifecycle
Knowledge of Adult learning principles
Experience in instruction design and facilitation
