POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in the Motor Industry
Minimum of 4 years expereince in Learning | Assessment and Curriculum Development
Miminum of 2 years experience in Management
To manage the full learning and development function for the Dealer Group network
To manage and lead the relevant Team Leads reporting to this role, to ensure effective and efficient service provision
To identify and recommend class leading strategies for developing the required competencies for the dealer network
Develop and implement a progressive and competitive Learning and development strategy for the Dealer Network staff by obtaining input
Provide weekly reports on the performance of the Academy to Technical and Non-Technical Training, to include by not limited to: Seat Utilization, Certification Achievement, First Time Pass Rate, Kirk Patrick Scores, Trainer Utilization.
Must have valid Assessor | Facilitator certification
Must be able to handle pressure
Excellent leadership skills
