Learning and Development Manager

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Motor Industry
• Minimum of 4 years expereince in Learning | Assessment and Curriculum Development
• Miminum of 2 years experience in Management
• To manage the full learning and development function for the Dealer Group network
• To manage and lead the relevant Team Leads reporting to this role, to ensure effective and efficient service provision
• To identify and recommend class leading strategies for developing the required competencies for the dealer network
• Develop and implement a progressive and competitive Learning and development strategy for the Dealer Network staff by obtaining input
• Provide weekly reports on the performance of the Academy to Technical and Non-Technical Training, to include by not limited to: Seat Utilization, Certification Achievement, First Time Pass Rate, Kirk Patrick Scores, Trainer Utilization.
• Must have valid Assessor | Facilitator certification
• Must be able to handle pressure
• Excellent leadership skills

• South African Citizen 

Salary Structure:

• CTC of R60 000
