JOB DESCRIPTION:

South African Restaurant Group in Lubumbashi in the Congo is looking for a Senior Lebanese Management candidate with 6+ years Restaurant management experience. Must have very strong general management skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant front and back of house. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Looking for someone computer literate with solid experience working on a pos system. All travel costs are covered. Lubumbashi is a very modern and safe area. The Restaurants are owned by a South African group and run by managers from all over the world. Lots of growth opportunities - two new Restaurants opening this year. Salary 1 800 US Dollar neg plus accommodation and travel expenses & allowance.
