SUMMARY:
Legal & Compliance Executive

POSITION INFO:

5 Year Contract Position

Strategic support to the board of directors

Manage and ensure the development of the overall compliance operations strategy

Compile and manage the budget annually

People Management

Laed and manage regulatory reviews and submissions

Policy development

Manage costings to ensure accurate revenue

Manage legal advisory services

Promote legal compliance of operations to industry stakeholders

Keep abreast of new developments and all ligiation

Define and manage scope of regualtory enforcement regime

Review and implementation of policies and procedures

Liase with external legal services

REQUIREMENTS:

B.Proc/LLB

Admmitted Attorney/Advocate

Post Graduate Management Qualification

10 years legal experience of which 5 years must be in a senior management role.
