Legal and Contracts Manager - Germiston

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a Legal and Contracts Manager who will be responsible for project planning, implementing new contracts as well as termination of contracts, service agreements, sub-contractors and 3rd party agreements, dispute resolution, business-related legal advice, opinions on legislation and compliance and legal risk management, all in a South African context.

Permits and licenses
FIC reporting
Responsible Sourcing
Statutory Compliance
Board sub-Committees and internal committees
