The Role:

We are looking for 2 Legal Contracts Managers for a 12 month contract position.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a prestige retailer company.

The role will entail creation and maintenance of contracts and contract structures, drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents and provision of legal advisory services concerning the procurement of IT goods and services

 

• LLB or equivalent

• Professional Registration / Membership

  • Admitted attorney or advocate
  • Certificate of Good Conduct from the Law Society

   

• 5 yearsâ?? experience (excluding articles) as attorney, advocate or in-house legal counsel
• Extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting; and
• IT contracts
• Facilitation skills
• Research Ability
• Problem Solving
• Computer literacy
• Adapting and Coping
• Commercially minded
• Retail industry experience; and/or
• Financial services industry experience; and/or
• Regulatory compliance experience
