JOB SUMMARY: -
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:? Assist legal departments with all administration and support activities? Communication with external parties? Manage all dedicated tasks within the allocated timeframes? Contact key representatives and advise them of their requirements? Set up meetings to manage matters with the relevant Attorneys assigned? Follow up on matters to final resolution ? Manage and update reconciliations? Any adhoc activities that may be required within the contract period
Experience? Strong administration skills is a must? Life skills - the confidence and ability to relate to people from varied circumstances? Awareness of financial services? Debt collection experience will be an added advantage? Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette? Strong confident person? Good time management skills? File management? Back end administration? Ability to work to targets? Computer literate - Microsoft excelDesired Skills? Debt collection? Reconciliation understanding? Well spoken? Ghost practice advantageous? Articulate? Can speak English properly? Easy to understand? Good email writing etiquette? Excel knowledge? Diary managementDesired Work Experience? 2 to 5 year
