SUMMARY:
Legal Manager required for EPCM Contractor based in Plattekloof

POSITION INFO:

This position reports to a CEO and the purpose of this role is to identify any legal issues in all departments and their interrelation, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, distribution, credit, finance, human resources, production, as well as corporate governance and business policy.

Minimum Qualification LLB Law

Essential Experience - Minimum of 10 years Legal experience in the construction industry

SA Legislation experience is essential

Skills & Abilities required:

Organised, energetic and positive
Attention to detail
Methodical and efficient
Highly motivated and self driven
Computer literate in Word and Excel

Areas of Responsibility:

Develop strategic plans for the department to meet the Companies objectives
Evaluate and certify risk control
Ensure compliance with and execution of plans, budgets and policies
Supervision of all legal aspects of projects and contracts
Financial / legal analysis
Identification of legal solutions
Risk control certification
Supervision of litigations
