SUMMARY:
Our client in the Legal Sector, has an opportunity available for a Legal Practice Manager to be based in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Experience in running a law firm''s office
Computer literacy (standard and specialist software)
Must have a strong financial background
Must have HR function experience

KPAs:

Financial administration, including preparation of income statements, trial balances, and monthly management accounts
Payroll administration and management, including PAYE, UIF, SDL and leave
Banking, including trust account administration
Administration and compliance, including SARS (income tax and VAT)
Managing the firm’s audit and auditor
Premises management
B-BBEE status monitoring
Preparation of client statements and collections
Preparing monthly debtors’ age analysis
