SUMMARY:
Our client in the Legal Sector, has an opportunity available for a Legal Practice Manager to be based in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Experience in running a law firm''s office
• Computer literacy (standard and specialist software)
• Must have a strong financial background
• Must have HR function experience

• Financial administration, including preparation of income statements, trial balances, and monthly management accounts
• Payroll administration and management, including PAYE, UIF, SDL and leave
• Banking, including trust account administration
• Administration and compliance, including SARS (income tax and VAT)
• Managing the firm’s audit and auditor
• Premises management
• B-BBEE status monitoring
• Preparation of client statements and collections
• Preparing monthly debtors’ age analysis
