Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a conveyancing firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to managing tasks
• IT literate with the ability to pick up on new systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, mature, and responsible with a collaborative work ethic
• Client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships and rapport
• Must be willing to work UK hours - full time - in office
