SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for a Legal Secretary, located in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Legal Secretary with litigation experience, preferably in third-party motor vehicle litigation and commercial law to join our team. You will provide essential administrative support to legal professionals, including lawyers and paralegals. Manage office operations, handle correspondence, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities include drafting and proofreading legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with client interactions. Manage court filings, billing, and case files while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
Vacant roles as follow:

Salary: R5,000 – R10,000.00 CTC (0 - 3 years’ experience)
Salary: R10,000 – R15,000.00 CTC (3 - 5 years’ experience)
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000.00 CTC (5 - 10 years’ experience)

Requirements: Matric Law related Certification or diploma advantageous Proven experience as per listed vacant roles in this add.
