Our client, a well-established law firm based in Pietermaritzburg, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm
• Strong fees/billing experience – must be able to draft and manage fee accounts confidently
• Proficient in LawPac (non-negotiable)
• Solid understanding of legal filing systems and document management
• Experience with drafting legal correspondence and documents
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support multiple attorneys
• Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
