Our client, a well-established law firm based in Pietermaritzburg, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm
Strong fees/billing experience – must be able to draft and manage fee accounts confidently
Proficient in LawPac (non-negotiable)
Solid understanding of legal filing systems and document management
Experience with drafting legal correspondence and documents
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support multiple attorneys
Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
