POSITION INFO:
Seeking an LLB Graduate for Recoveries & Third?Party Claims to manage the full recoveries and third?party claims process, ensuring accurate assessment, negotiation, and finalization within agreed turnaround times. Key Responsibilities Handle end?to?end recoveries and third?party claims. Apply SA Law of Collisions, Law of Apportionment, and relevant case law. Negotiate effectively with insurers, brokers, clients, and third parties. Maintain strong stakeholder communication and portfolio flow. Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal procedures. Assess merits and provide sound legal\/technical guidance. Requirements LLB Degree (essential). Experience in recoveries, third?party claims, or litigation (highly advantageous). Claims or insurance experience beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and client?centric skills. High attention to detail, integrity, and independent thinking. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Understanding of the Law of Delicts, Rules of the Road, Apportionments Act.
