SUMMARY:
We are on the lookout for a rockstar Legal/Contracts Specialist to join a global advisory group in Johannesburg!

POSITION INFO:
In this role, the Legal/ Contracts Specialist will be responsible for providing legal, technical, ethical guidance on business processes and service delivery

Ideal candidates will have:

BProc or LLB CFP qualification
5+ years experience in employee benefits
2+ years experience in a supervisory role
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities include:

Drafting contracts, service agreements, newsletter, and training manuals on legislative and compliance matters
Providing guidance and assistance to numerous inquiries including PFA, FCSA, divorce orders, etc
Drafting amendments. consolidation of rules/ revised rules
