SUMMARY:
Well establish law firm in Roodepoort is seeking a Levy Collection Secretary to assist with the administration and recovery of levies, supporting the legal team in managing sectional title and HOA matters

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Drafting and sending levy collection letters, summonses, and related documents
Liaising with clients, debtors, and sheriffs
Managing files, diarising court dates, and ensuring deadlines are met
Handling telephonic and email queries relating to arrear levies
General secretarial and administrative support to attorneys
Previous experience in levy collections / debt collection (sectional title & HOA preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
Proficient in MS Office and legal practice management software
