POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Introduce vehicle into E-Natis system
• Assist with vehicle description changes
• Send the E-Natis certificate to branches, dealers and banks
• Registration and Licence compete vehicles for branches and dealers
• Assist with the FAW Municipality account
• Assist with police clearance on vehicles
• Assist with vehicle permits
• Licensing of Company vehicles and Demo trucks
• Ensure to submit all windscreen claims to the insurance and make follow up on the replacement and payment
• Assist at the reception at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• 1-2 years in similar role
• Read and Write in English

• Confident and proactive approach - anticipates issues and requirements
• Good administrative ability
• Deadline driven
