Life Actuarial Specialist

Job & Company Description:
An innovative player in the Insurance industry is looking to provide an opportunity for an Actuarial Specialist with a curious mind and a general love for executing tasks based on well researched data. As a Specialist you will be afforded the opportunity to participate in performing capital and regulatory reporting calculations as well as providing support on IFRS and embedded value valuations. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and a strong affinity for analysis.

Education:

• BSc Actuarial Degree
• Honours Degree will be advantageous
• Nearly or newly qualified Actuary

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3+ years’ experience in Life Insurance
• Experience in SAM and ORSA
• Experience in valuations
• IFRS experience would be advantageous
