Our client in the Rustenburg area requires the services of a Life Insurance Client Service Administrator with minimum 5 years working experience within the field.
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience within the long-term insurance industry with a NQF level 5
* Grade 12 essential
* Must be computer literate
Duties / Job Description would be but not limited to:
* Policy services (debit orders, change of addresses, withdrawals, cancellations, beneficiary nominations etc.)
* Claims (life, disability and dread diseases
* Retirements options
* Must be able to communicate well with clients and be able to handle extreme pressure
