Lifestyle Insurance Sales Manager - Basic Plus Incentives - CPT - R45000 (Commensurate with Experience)

As networked Sales Manager you will be responsible for the attraction and retention of a team of financial advisers to ensure the meeting of our customers financial lifestyle needs.

In this leadership position, you will take responsibility for developing and executing a sales strategy. The role involves
managing a dedicated team of Financial Advisors, developing growth strategies and business development through your
leadership expertise, ultimately increasing Life² productivity. You will be expected to accelerate existing business and support new growth opportunities by ensuring that our customers identified financial needs are fulfilled - through sound financial advice, recommendations and the implementation of “fit for purpose” financial plans and solutions.

Your ability to generate leads through networking and relationship building, resulting in ongoing customer interaction
and relationship management.

Successful candidates for the role will possess the following qualifications and experience:
• 8-10 years’ experience in the financial services industry with a proven success record in
Sales and Distribution
• Financial services experience at a senior level
• Sound management and leadership experience (10+ years)
• 5+ years of comprehensive, specialized experience in successfully developing and
engaging a high-performance team

• At a minimum, a relevant bachelor''s degree or MBA is preferred. CFP will be an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Market and client segmentation knowledge
• Relevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge within Financial Services/KI
• Leadership and management principles and governances
