POSITION INFO:
Supervise Production Line:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets production targets.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production workers, ensuring proper utilization of resources.
• Monitor work progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize productivity.

• Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections of garments at various stages of production.
• Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, collaborating with quality control personnel.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to minimize defects and rework.

• Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
• Assign work schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing to meet production requirements.
• Train new employees on production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop production schedules and set production targets.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., materials procurement,
• maintenance) to ensure smooth workflow and timely availability of resources.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify appropriate personnel when supplies need replenishment.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that production workers adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards, working closely with the safety team to implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a production supervisor on a large production line within the clothing manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of clothing manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
