Job Title: Litigation Secretary
Remuneration: R156000 p/a
Location: Montana

POSITION INFO:
Duties

Preparing court statements and forms
Dictating Lawyers’ audio files and written notes
Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders
Collecting and delivering documents
Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers
Supporting legal research and communicating with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staff
Experience in Civil and Commercial litigation
Experience dealing with Magistrate and High Court Litigation, Debt Collections
Strong experience with CaseLines and CourtOnline a must
Diary management for litigation matters
Must have strong attention to detail
Must understand the court process on any litigation matter
Must have experience with family law, criminal law and commercial law

Requirements:
Grade 12
5 years experience in similar role
Must reside in close proximity of Montana
