POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Post matric qualification would be beneficial
5 Years plus experience with drafting of legal documentation / litigation matters
Fully bilingual
Knowledge of the legal industry and courts processes
Experience with estate settlement advantageous
Experience with civil collections
Own reliable transport
